Privacy policy

Thank you for your trust in us. We care about protecting your private and personal sphere, which is why we are fully committed to complying with the legal regulations when collecting, processing and using your personal data.

Information on how we take care to protect your personal sphere and ensure full confidentiality when handling your data:

The controller for the collection, processing and use of your personal data is oskari GmbH, Brückenstrasse 6, 9800 Spittal an der Drau, Austria.

Anonymised data collection
In principle you can visit our website without letting us know who you are. In this case, we only save access data from which individuals cannot be identified, such as the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you accessed our website, and the name of the requested file. These data are only used for statistical purposes and serve to improve the online services we offer. You remain anonymous as an individual user.

Collection, processing and use of personal data
Personal data include information on your identity, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and IP data. Personal data are only collected if you voluntarily provide them to us in order to enter into a contract, to open a customer account or to subscribe to our email newsletter. Without your separate, express consent, we only use the personal data you provide to us to process the contract and answer your query, unless you have expressly consented to other use of your data. If we do not have your consent to use your data for promotional purposes, the data will be blocked from further use after full implementation of the contract and full payment of the purchase price, and will be erased once the retention periods under tax and commercial law have elapsed. If we have received your consent, we will store your data for promotional purposes. Once you have given us your consent to collect, process and use your personal data, you can withdraw this consent at any time.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, after implementation of the contract the email address you gave us when entering into the contract will be used solely for our own promotional purposes in the form of our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or by sending us a message informing us of your wish to unsubscribe. Once you have unsubscribed, we will immediately erase your email address.

Disclosure of personal data
We do not disclose your personal data, including your address and email address, to any third parties. Exceptions to this are our service partners, such as shipping companies which require certain data (name, address, in some cases telephone number) to deliver your order. The data we disclose will be kept to the minimum required at all times. Our service providers are only permitted to use the data we disclose to them in order to fulfil their obligations.

Among other things, our online shop uses cookies, which serve to make our online services more effective, secure and user-friendly – for example in order to make navigating our website faster. Cookies also allow us to measure the frequency of visits to our site and how users navigate around it. By using our shop, you give your consent for our use of cookies. Please note that some of these cookies are transmitted from our server to your system. These are usually what are known as session cookies, and they are automatically erased by your hard drive when you close your web browser. When you register and create a customer account, certain cookies (known as permanent cookies) remain stored on your device beyond the end of the browser session. This allows us to identify your device when you next visit our website. You can choose to reject cookies in your browser settings. Please see the instructions given by your browser provider to find out how this works in detail, and be aware that this may restrict the functionality of our online shop.

Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files which are stored on your computer and allow analysis of how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie about how you use the website (including your IP address) is sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Please note that this website uses Google Analytics with the “_anonymizeIP()” extension, which means that IP addresses are shortened before being processed in order to prevent IP addresses from being directly linked to a particular individual. Google will use the information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operator, and to provide other services relating to website and internet use. Google may also disclose these data to third parties, if this is legally required or if third parties process these data on behalf of Google. Google will never associate your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by configuring your browser software; however, please be aware that if you do so you may no longer be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at

Use of Facebook plugins (“Like” button)
Our website features integrated plugins provided by the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can identify the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button on our website. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found at When you visit our site, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. This tells Facebook that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook “Like” button while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link the content of our website to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our website with your user account. Please note that as the provider of this website, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. For more information, see Facebook’s privacy policy at

If you do not wish your visit to our site to be associated with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook account.
